Please be aware I do not provide a crisis service.
If you need urgent assistance telephone the Samaritans Tel: 116123 or the

HSE Mental Health Helpline 1800 111888 OR contact your GP surgery or attend the nearest A & E Department.

I check emails and voice-mails between 9am-4pm Monday to Thursday and will endeavour to respond within 48 hours, however due to potential unforeseen circumstances this cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
